My office chair is sinking when I sit, what can I do to prevent this?

This problem often occurs because of a defective control mechanism or pneumatic cylinder and can be solved quickly by replacing on most of the Minister Chair models.

My chair shakes when I am seated in it, what can I do?

Shaking in chairs can be caused by a defective control mechanism or chair base. To fix the shake it is important to confirm which of these parts are defected.

What should I do if washers and/or any other part have dropped from the bottom of the chair base?

In case of washer and the spring clip that holds the cylinder have fallen off, please find the serial number on the sticker pasted below the seat and contact your dealer.
